1. Add a remote MCP server in your host (Streamable HTTP):https://apm.automaton-memory.com/api/v1/mcp
2. Complete OAuth sign-in. The owner must approve the connection and its pinned profile. Scope: apm:skills:read
3. Ask the agent:

   Call loadout with task: “Review this pull request for correctness and risk.” Explain the picks and exclusions. Read only the pinned skills needed.

4. After the work, return skill_feedback with the taskReceiptId and per-skill verdicts.

The public shelf grants no access to private skills. MCP catalog references do not enable tools. Your host retains its own execution permissions.
